The product was tested in controlled usage studies amongst females aged 18 to 75. The sample included volunteers with sensitive skin. The following results were recorded:
- Skin hydration improves: Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Micellar Water does not dry skin and moisture significantly increases after one week of regular use.
- Proven to be suitable for sensitive skin, including the sensitive skin around the eyes. Also proven to be safe for eyes and for contact lens wearers.
Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Micellar Water is a refreshing solution with APG Complex: an effective yet extra-mild make-up remover, cleanser and toner.
Alcohol-free, it gently but effectively removes all water-soluble eye and face make-up without irritating or disrupting skin’s natural moisture barrier. Quick and convenient to use, it helps prepare your skin for your topical acne treatment product or moisturiser and has been tested on, and proven to be compatible with, sensitive skin and eyes. Skin feels clean and soothed, is noticeably soft and supple and is well prepared for care products.
The Micellar Water is suitable for use alongside medical acne treatments and during pregnancy.

How To Use
- Use in the morning and evening
- Apply to a cotton wool pad and gently wipe over the eyes, face and décolleté
- Use a new cotton pad for each application
- Repeat until the pad is clean
- Do not rinse
- Follow with the appropriate care product. Be sure to use one with a sun protection factor in the day time.

Is Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Micellar Water suitable for removing eye make-up?
Yes. It has been clinically and opthalmologically tested and proven to be compatible with the sensitive skin around your eyes as well as with the eyes themselves. The eye contour area is particularly delicate and sensitive with a different pH level to facial skin. Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Micellar Water respects this difference and has been formulated to pH 7.4 - the optimum pH for the eye area.
Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Micellar Water will remove all water soluble eye make-up. For the effective removal of waterproof make-up. -
When should I use the Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Micellar Water and when should I use Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Toner?
Micellar water is a cleanser, toner and make-up remover all in one intended for use when you need a quick and convenient cleansing solution. Toner is applied after using a dedicated cleanser such as Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Cleansing Gel and prepares skin for moisturiser and other care products.
Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Toner is particularly suitable for oily and blemish-prone skin as it feels refreshing but, as it contains alcohol, we do not recommend that you use it during medical acne-treatment. If you are undergoing medical acne treatment and enjoy using a toner, then use Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Micellar Water to tone your skin after cleansing thoroughly with Eucerin DermoPURIFYER Cleansing Gel instead.
