MAIN FINDINGS

A study was carried out on 30 female volunteers who had given birth between 6 and 12 months ago, and suffered from striae distensae (stretch marks).
These are the fine red or white lines that occur due to rapid increase in size in particular regions of the body.
Twice daily application of Eucerin Natural Caring Oil over a period of six months resulted in a significant decrease in stretch marks, and a significant increase of capillary blood flow, in comparison to little or no improvement in areas of untreated skin.
The product was also shown to be well tolerated by sensitive skin.
